The primary purpose of the site is to help prepare people for the coming hard times.
Be it economic hard times, terrorism, earthquakes, floods, and other natural causes, war strife, riots, cvil unrest, power grid problems, oil and or fuel issues, and anything that throws people into danger.
We included a forum for people to reflect, share ideas, help others, and get prepared, stay prepared and have a gneral sense of preparedness. Remember there is nothing wrong with being prepared for dangers, and events. It is common sense, to prepare for any eventuality and have friends and neighbors in the same mindset. Over 100 years ago we had a civil war, 250 years ago we had a revolution, so only a fool would think that the good times would last forever. We saw when planes hit the trade center, how fragile our society was. One building and our economy faltered, and we are still feeling the effects of that. What would happen if we had one of those 500 year earth quakes?
How about a Tsunami like the one that hit a few years ago killing almost one third of a million people? What if one hits the west coast? 2 Million dead? Or the east coast? 3 million to 5 million dead? What kind of impact would this be? remember the 911 hijackers almost crushed our economy with two airplanes. What would one million dead, the loss of New York and the east coast do? realistically it would atek 2 decades to recover after we bury millions of dead. What if terrorists do as promised detonate a dirty bomb or worse yet one of the 21 suit case Nukes the soviets sold to bin Ladin? We already know Millions of illegals are here, walked right scross our border. We know that Mexican army troops drove across the border a month ago in fully marked Mexican Army HumVees and Murdered in a massive shootout a man in Phoenix Arizona! So much for our border protections.

don't be the simple man, get ready. being prepared and having supplies means when prices go up on certain food items you have enough to weather the price increases. Buying in bulk is not as tricky as you might think, it's quite simple to develop a system.
Do it now, because you may regret your doing nothing while watching your loved ones go hungry and cold.
